TREVOR VAS
Strategic Advisor
Trevor has founded and operated a range of ventures some of which have gained prominence, such as the Australasian Talent Conference (ATC), which is the largest event and media company in the Australian and New Zealand Recruitment Community.
He also currently provides strategic advice to many tech start-ups and has helped many others to grow and become significant Australian organisations.
Trevor has worked with or for PNORS for 30 years and has seen the huge growth of the company from one company, Disprax, to now the significant companies that make up the PNORS Technology Group.
Trevor has a strong background
in Management, HR, Sales and
Finance in the various positions
of CEO, Finance Director, Sales
Manager and HR Consultant.
On a lighter note, he writes
poetry and does not take life too
seriously.

Paul is a successful entrepreneur with a proven track record of creating and transforming businesses into enduring, profitable enterprises.
In 1982 Paul established Disprax Pty. Ltd. to coincide with the development of the now highly successful business management solution, TIMMS (Timber Industry Management and Marketing System), a software solution specifically designed for the timber industry. New generation and cloud based TIMMSanywhere, is opening new markets in Asia/ Pacific, USA and Europe.
Over the past 30 years, based on industry insights and market trends, Paul has strategically extended his portfolio to create the PNORS Technology Group. The acquisition of Pacific Commerce in 2002, Datatime Services in 2009, Netway Networks in 2010 and WilldooIT in 2016 has resulted in the combination of a group of companies that offer standalone but complementary technology-based business solutions.
Paul has extensive experience across all facets of company management, with specific expertise in sales, management, and leadership.
As Group CEO Paul oversees
the strategic direction of the
PNORS Technology Group.

Kennedy is a leadership and management specialist with over 25 years of experience under her belt; her work was acknowledged twice by the Telstra Business Women's Awards and the International Stevie Awards.

DIMITRI MARGARITIS
Chief Operating Officer
Dimitri has spent the last 20 years crafting his commercial management skills in various roles, acquired through hands-on experience in developing, automating and implementing innovative solutions to assist clients to achieve their business objectives, reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
The basis of Dimitri’s skill set was founded in a background that includes providing corporate transaction advice and support to ASX/Dual-listed companies, to working as the National Account Manager for Computershare’s Intermediary Services Market. In these roles, Dimitri developed and nurtured corporate relationships with institutional investors, fund managers and custodians.
With a professional path dedicated to providing the best client experience possible, Dimitri drives relationships with a diverse range of clients from a variety of industries. Dimitri works closely with the PNORS Sales and Marketing department to understand the specific needs of our client base and in conjunction with his Operational teams, deliver innovative solutions to ensure client satisfaction, business efficiency and growth.
SONIA TAMMARO
People and Culture Manager
Sonia is a senior Human Resources professional with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, talent acquisition, facilitation and change management. She has led both small and large teams within in house and consulting organisations with a key focus on strategic improvement, people and culture, innovation and stakeholder management.
Sonia has worked for many of Australia and New Zealand’s leading organisations to design, implement and/or manage contemporary Talent Acquisition functions and best practice solutions. She has led high profile and complex projects that have required significant organisational change.
As well as having owned and operated her own businesses, her experience spans large consulting projects and functional management in Human Resources and Recruitment.
Sonia commenced working
with PNORS Technology
Group in mid-2017 and is
also a member of the PNORS
advisory board.
JONATHAN WILSON
Chief Sales and Innovation Executive
Jonathan has over 40 years of experience in the IT industry, including 15 years as owner and CEO of WillowIT Pty Ltd. Jon’s vision led him to establish WilldooIT as the first Australian Odoo partner in 2009. Odoo is now the global leader in the provision of open-source ERP and business software solutions.
The company quickly established itself, becoming an Odoo Gold Partner and Best Partner Asia/Pacific on two occasions.
As an author and founding partner of Nexus Business Software, Jonathan held the positions of Director and CTO for 12 years. At its peak, Nexus had over 1,000 active sites in Australia, Asia and Canada.
Previous technical management roles were held at the University of Melbourne, Melbourne Theatre Company and the Victorian Road Research Board.

WILLIAM THOMPSON
Group Company Accountant
William is a CPA qualified Accountant with over 20 years of experience working with multinational organisations. Operating in a range of industries including Logistics, Travel and Not-for-profit, William has developed an understanding of accounting principles that flow across multiple industries in varying sizes.
Over the course of his career William has been able to cultivate lasting professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the areas of banking and telecommunications together with a range of associated suppliers.
Leading and mentoring his team, together with collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis, provides a platform for delivering the common goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiencies within the PNORS Group.
